About the Event

Event Details

We all have that broken instrument that's beyond salvageable... but still can't bear to throw it away. Don't fret, you can save it from a fate worse than landfill with The Recycle Instrument Project!

We'll bring the paints, the glue, even the glitter...  just about everything that could infuse a new soul into your tired and battered guitar or violin. All you have to do is bring your old instrument.

And, if you don't have an instrument, no worries! Please just RSVP so that we can provide a few at the event.

Our Sponsors

This Recycle Instrument Project workshop is graciously sponsored by VCM Events and The City of Swan. We are very grateful for their support and can't wait to bring this Fringe award-winning workshop to Carnegie Social!

See you there!

The workshop will be held at The Old Midland Courthouse next to The Carnegie Triangle. The Carnegie Triangle is a patch of green in the historic centre of Midland. On the same block are the old Courthouse, Town Hall, and the Public Library. There is lawn and seating, some public art and accessible toilets. Cafes and shops are nearby.
