A great way to unwind and reconnect with your artistic side as you explore your own creativity in a peaceful and supportive environment. You may just create the perfect gift for that someone special (or keep it for yourself!). In this session, you will explore utilising recycled materials (sheet music) in your own arts practice, challenging your perception of art and what we define as 'beautiful'. The session includes repurposed sheet music, pressed (dried) flowers, clear glue and double-glass frames. This 2-hour Curate workshop is available at the Djinda Boodja Arts Centre, which is located on a peaceful and idyllic campus in Waterford, WA. Tea, coffee and light refreshments are included in your booking. NB Please ensure you book at least 48-hours in advance so that catering can be arranged with our provider. Please ensure you wear appropriate clothes and bring an apron or smock, if desired, as you are working with clear glue and pressed flowers in an arts centre environment.
