About the Event

Event Details

Join us for one of our award-winning Recycled Instrument Project workshops this September school holidays, sponsored by Healthway and the City of South Perth!

Led by Djinda Boodja Arts Centre Director Vicki Warn and Curate Micro-Factory Director Patricia Alessi, join us as we explore our stock of CDs at the micro-factory and turn musical trash into treasure!

A great nostalgic intergenerational hands-on arts workshop for ages 4-94, we are looking forward to giving forgotten CDs a new lease on life - and you get to take them home!

Location

The workshop is located at the historic Jackson House at 295A Manning Road, Waterford at the Djinda Boodja Arts Centre.

The Centre is located on the Clontarf Campus. Access to it is via 295 Manning Road, Waterford, through the main campus gates.

Follow the signs for Abmusic completely around the U-Shaped Driveway. The centre is located in the last set of buildings right before the exit of the campus.

The carpark itself has a new sign in it for Abmusic Aboriginal Corporation – Perth Creative College & Djinda Boodja.

Please park in the car park and follow the signs for the Djinda Boodja Arts Centre.

If you cannot find your way, please call Perth Creative College at 9458 9077. Their staff will be able to direct you further.
