About the Event

Event Details

🎨 Join Curate for one of its most popular art workshops, Piano & Paint! 🎨

Painting sessions are all the rage right now, and we love them. But here at Curate, we have a different idea on the whole painting session notion: Piano & Paint.

Rock up to Curate studio and relax. We won’t tell you what to paint. Or what not to paint. There are no prefab canvasses here, either.

In fact, if you don’t want to paint on canvas, you don’t have to. We have alternative mediums from which you can choose.

Kick off your session by choosing your paint colours, brushes and medium (canvas or something different!), along with 🍵tea and coffee 🍵and biscuits for participants.

Then let your creativity take hold! Our talented and experienced professional artist is on hand to guide you using best artistic practice in your chosen project. At Piano & Paint, we provide you with a relaxing environment replete with 🎶live classical piano music 🎶 that creates the ultimate luxury painting experience for you to enjoy whilst you chill out and paint whatever you want on whatever we have at hand.

And it's up to you how involved our professional arts facilitator gets involved - from no instructions provided to painting inspo to assistance. Just let us know how hands on you'd like us to be, we don't want to mess with your mellow. 👌

Parking

There are several parking options for the 63 Grantham Street Curate Studio.

There is a carpark located just before 53 Grantham Street, that serves the row of shopfronts in which we are located (there is a photo lab, hair stylist, etc. all in the same row of shops).

Street parking is also available in front of 63 Grantham; however, it does act as a clearway at times, so please check the parking signs first before parking there to avoid being ticketed.

Street parking is available on Marlow Street, too. Please be mindful of the parking signs.

And, finally, there is a Town of Cambridge - Grantham Street Car Park located behind MUMMUC and Monsterella Pizza (access points include Griffiths Lane and Jersey Street).
